What To Do Next

Use It In the 2 Minutes Before You Walk In

This isn’t a course. It’s a rapid-access tool for the exact moment you need to speak.

  1. Pick your scenario. Choose the track that matches what you’re about to say (time vs. money, drop everything refusal, unannounced visits, etc.).
  2. Play the 2-minute audio in the car. Hear the tone and pacing—firm, calm, and un-apologetic.
  3. Mimic out loud. Copy the cadence and volume. This “sets” your delivery so your voice doesn’t betray you.
  4. Carry the pocket card. If your mind blanks (or your phone dies), you’ve got the exact words in your hand.
Don’t Aim for Perfect — Aim for Steady

Confidence comes from repetition + tone, not courage. If your heart is pounding, that’s fine. The goal is that your voice stays grounded when you open your mouth.
